Abstract

Cet atelier, dans le séminaire des responsables de formation orienté vers le management public en formation est consacré à la mise en œuvre de la formation au management. Les objectifs sont d'amener les participants à réfléchir sur la pertinence de leur choix pédagogiques et, par la présentation des modalités de la mise en œuvre de la formation, de permettre un échange sur les pratiques pouvant déboucher sur une mutualisation. La première séquence s'attache à faire l'état de l'existant en favorisant un échange d'expériences entre les participants, à partir du témoignage deux écoles. La deuxième séquence permet d'aborder les avantages, l'intérêt mais aussi les problèmes, les difficultés, les risques, les limites de ses dispositifs de formation. Enfin, la troisième met 'l'accent sur la mutualisation des expériences, des formations et l'identification des bonnes pratiques dans les établissements du réseau des écoles de service public.
