Abstract

Cet article explore la gestion des déchets hospitaliers, spécifiquement les déchets d'activités de soins à risques infectieux (DASRI) et les déchets d'activités de soins non dangereux (DASND). L'étude se concentre sur un centre hospitalier de l'Ouest de la France en tant qu'établissement de référence et mettant en lumière les enjeux spécifiques auxquels il est confronté. L'approche méthodologique adoptée est basée sur une étude de cas qualitative, permettant une compréhension approfondie des processus de gestion, d'analyse des risques et de traçabilité des déchets. Les données sont collectées via des entretiens, des observations directes et un audit-test pour évaluer la conformité réglementaire. Cette recherche vise à fournir un diagnostic sur les pratiques actuelles et des recommandations relatives à la gestion et à la traçabilité des DASRI et DASND.
