Abstract

Via leur communication, les marques et entreprises participent à construire des imaginaires collectifs plus ou moins favorables à la transition écologique et sociale. A l'heure actuelle, leurs récits valorisent majoritairement des imaginaires peu compatibles : association du bonheur à la (sur)consommation matérielle, domination de la nature par l'homme, etc. Or, ces représentations collectives "dominantes" façonnent nos comportements. En face, les marques et organisations qui cherchent à les modifier dans le sens de la transition peinent à séduire avec des discours perçus comme moralisateurs ou éloignés de la réalité. Ce chapitre vise à éclairer sur les leviers qui peuvent leur permettre de construire des récits attractifs et désirables, en capacité de modifier positivement les imaginaires collectifs.
