Abstract

Après les destructions nettes d'emplois enregistrées au dernier trimestre 2024 (-62000 par rapport à fin septembre), le marché du travail a renoué avec les créations en début d'année : +69000 emplois nets au premier semestre. Faut-il en conclure que la chute de fin d'année était exceptionnelle ? Pas nécessairement. Le boom de l'emploi appartient désormais au passé et le rythme des créations ralentit depuis l'année exceptionnelle de 2021. Ainsi, nous sommes passés de 255000 emplois nets créés entre 2022 et 2023 en moyenne annuelle à seulement 106000 entre 2023 et 2024, soit une progression limitée à +0,3 % en 2024 contre +1,5% en 2023.
