Abstract

Dans un contexte politique particulièrement incertain, la France devrait connaître une croissance modeste pour la deuxième année consécutive. Échappant cependant à la récession, le PIB augmenterait de 0,7 % cette année et de 0,7 % également en 2026. Ce scénario repose sur l'hypothèse de l'adoption d'un budget pour 2026 cohérent avec le programme de stabilité de moyen terme (PSMT). Si la France se trouvait dans l'incapacité d'adopter un budget ou alors un budget très différent de la trajectoire envoyée à la Commission en avril 2025, notre prévision serait amenée à être révisée, tant en raison des effets attendus de la politique budgétaire que de ceux liés à l'incertitude ou à l'évolution des taux.
