Abstract

Cet article examine les transformations nécessaires pour adapter les pratiques industrielles à l'ère de l'industrie 5.0, soulignant la nécessité d'un modèle intégré pour les chaînes d'approvisionnement alliant avancées technologiques et collaborations inter-organisationnelles. En adoptant une approche qualitative, intégrative et exploratoire, l'étude met en évidence la nécessité d'une synergie entre Humain, Machine et Organisation pour garantir la réussite de la transition vers l'Industrie 5.0. Au croisement des trois, une cohabitation harmonieuse favorise une performance durable, l'innovation et un équilibre éthique.
