Les déterminants de la confiance organisationnelle dans un contexte d’évolution de l’offre: Cas d’un regroupement d’ESAT

Abstract

Les différentes lois, décrets et concepts européens et français amènent à un questionnement sur la place de la personne vulnérable (en situation de handicap, dépendante ou autre). Ces derniers contraignent les structures sociales et médico-sociales à adapter sans cesse leur offre de service et à évoluer. Cette communication explore le rôle des facteurs contextuels liés à l'évolution de l'offre dans le secteur social et médico-social dans la détermination de la confiance organisationnelle. Plus précisément, elle se focalise sur les déterminants de la confiance organisationnelle dans le cas d'un regroupement d'ESAT. Cependant, peu de recherches ont établi un lien entre la confiance des employés au niveau organisationnel et leurs réactions attitudinales et comportementales pendant le changement (Yue et Thelen, 2023). Une recherche exploratoire basée sur des entretiens semi-directifs a été menée auprès de deux ESAT, cette étude soutient que les employés qui ont une confiance organisationnelle élevée pendant le changement sont plus disposés à accepter le changement et inversement selon des facteurs contextuels qui ont un impact sur celle-ci.
