Abstract

Quelle que soit la discipline (épidémiologie, épigénétique, économie de la santé, etc.) les chercheurs convergent tous vers l'idée que l'état de santé d'une personne est en grande partie lié aux comportements adoptés par ses parents, parfois avant même sa naissance. lls s'accordent aussi à dire que les inégalités de santé peuvent se transmettre d'une génération à l'autre. La réduction des inégalités de santé et l'existence d'un bon état de santé à la naissance constituent des enjeux majeurs de santé publique. S'appuyant sur l'Enquête Nationale Périnatale (ENP) de 2010, réalisée par l'Institut National de la Santé et de la Recherche Médicale (INSERM), les auteurs mesurent l'impact des soins périnataux sur la santé des nouveaux nés selon des profils de femmes.
