Abstract

Cette proposition, en format alternatif, vise à construire et animer un atelier de formation au management par la pratique théâtrale, particulièrement destiné aux enseignants n'ayant pas, ou peu, d'expérience en matière de pratique théâtrale. Parce que la pratique théâtrale est particulièrement emblématique à la fois de frugalité, de lenteur et de silence, elle constitue un ressort solide pour l'évolution des formations vers un management plus responsable. Power point sert d'exemple et de point de départ pour montrer l'absence de frugalité des formations classiques au management. Nous montrons comment il est possible de transmettre à des enseignants, non formés à la pratique théâtrale, des outils permettant l'animation de formations plus frugales et moins chronophage.
