Abstract

Cette communication analyse les relations entre ancrage territorial et transformations managériales à partir du cas de la SNCF. Elle interroge la manière dont une organisation historiquement centralisée compose avec des dynamiques locales différenciées. À partir d'une approche qualitative, l'étude met en évidence des tensions entre logiques nationales de pilotage et adaptations territoriales. Les résultats montrent que les acteurs locaux jouent un rôle clé dans la mise en œuvre des orientations stratégiques. Ils soulignent ainsi l'importance du territoire comme espace de recomposition des pratiques managériales.
