Abstract

Cette communication propose d'analyser les spécificités du management de la santé à partir des pratiques observées dans les organisations de care. Elle interroge les tensions entre logiques gestionnaires, exigences de qualité et réalité du travail des professionnels. À partir d'une approche qualitative, l'étude met en évidence le rôle central des interactions et des ajustements dans la prise en charge des usagers. Les résultats montrent que le management de la santé ne peut se réduire à des outils, mais repose sur des pratiques situées et relationnelles. Ils invitent ainsi à repenser les modèles de management au regard des réalités du terrain.
