Abstract

Cette communication propose d'analyser la confiance comme un processus d'apprentissage inscrit dans les pratiques organisationnelles. Elle interroge les conditions par lesquelles la confiance se construit, se transforme et se transmet au sein des collectifs de travail. En mobilisant une approche philosophique et pragmatiste, l'analyse met en évidence le caractère expérientiel et relationnel de la confiance. Les résultats montrent que la confiance s'élabore dans l'action, à travers des interactions répétées et des ajustements situés. Ils invitent ainsi à penser l'apprentissage organisationnel non seulement comme acquisition de connaissances, mais comme construction progressive de relations de confiance.
