Abstract

Cette communication propose une réflexion sur la notion de compétence à partir de la tension entre sa formalisation gestionnaire et sa manifestation dans les pratiques. Elle interroge les régimes de vérité mobilisés par les dispositifs d'évaluation et de gestion des compétences. En s'appuyant sur une approche philosophique inspirée des travaux sur les pratiques, l'analyse met en évidence le décalage entre compétence prescrite et compétence en acte. Les résultats montrent que la vérité de la compétence se situe moins dans les référentiels que dans l'agir des professionnels. Ils invitent ainsi à repenser le management des compétences à partir de leur dimension située et vécue.
