Abstract

Cette communication analyse les enjeux du management intergénérationnel dans les EHPAD du groupe Orpea, en mettant l'accent sur les dynamiques culturelles à l'œuvre au sein des équipes. Elle interroge la manière dont les différences générationnelles influencent les pratiques professionnelles, les relations de travail et les modalités de coopération. À partir d'une approche qualitative, l'étude met en évidence des tensions mais aussi des complémentarités entre générations. Les résultats montrent que la construction de référentiels communs constitue un levier central pour renforcer la cohésion d'équipe. Ils soulignent ainsi l'importance d'un management attentif aux dimensions culturelles et relationnelles du travail.
