Abstract

Cette communication interroge les fondements éthiques des pratiques professionnelles en IME à travers la question des compétences mobilisées dans l'accompagnement des usagers. Elle propose une lecture articulant éthique du care et compétences situées, en mettant l'accent sur les dimensions relationnelles du travail. À partir d'une approche qualitative, l'étude met en évidence le rôle central des savoirs pratiques, souvent implicites, dans la prise en charge des situations complexes. Les résultats montrent que ces compétences participent à la construction d'une éthique en acte, au-delà des cadres normatifs. Ils invitent ainsi à repenser l'éthique organisationnelle à partir des pratiques concrètes des professionnels.
