Abstract

Cette communication analyse les enjeux de la gérontechnologie dans les organisations de prise en charge du vieillissement en Afrique, en mettant l'accent sur les compétences des acteurs. Elle interroge les conditions d'appropriation des dispositifs technologiques dans des contextes marqués par des contraintes organisationnelles et culturelles spécifiques. À partir d'une approche qualitative, l'étude met en évidence le rôle des compétences professionnelles, relationnelles et adaptatives dans l'intégration de ces innovations. Les résultats montrent que la réussite des projets de digitalisation repose largement sur les capacités d'ajustement des acteurs de terrain. Ils soulignent ainsi l'importance d'une articulation entre innovation technologique et développement des compétences.
