Abstract

Cette communication interroge la notion de travail augmenté dans le secteur médico-social, à partir d'une étude menée au sein des EHPAD du groupe Korian. Elle propose de déplacer le regard des outils et dispositifs vers les compétences situées mobilisées par les professionnels dans l'activité quotidienne. L'analyse met en évidence l'importance des ajustements pratiques, des savoirs d'expérience et des interactions dans la production du soin. Les résultats montrent que le travail augmenté ne repose pas uniquement sur l'innovation technologique, mais également sur la reconnaissance des compétences in situ. Ils invitent ainsi à reconsidérer les transformations du travail à partir des pratiques réelles.
