Abstract

Cette communication analyse les enjeux de la diversité au prisme de la culture organisationnelle, à partir du cas de la SNCF. Elle interroge la manière dont la culture cheminote intègre, transforme ou résiste aux dynamiques de pluralité au sein des collectifs de travail. À partir d'une approche qualitative, l'étude met en évidence les tensions entre normes culturelles partagées et reconnaissance des différences. Les résultats montrent que la culture organisationnelle constitue à la fois un levier et une contrainte dans la construction d'un nouveau pacte social. Ils soulignent ainsi la nécessité d'une articulation renouvelée entre culture et diversité dans les organisations publiques.
