Abstract

Face aux défis du modèle de la "ville du quart d'heure" pour les zones peu denses, le concept de "territoire de la demi-heure" émerge comme une nouvelle boussole managériale. Cette approche marque une rupture, passant d'une logique de quartier à celle d'un bassin de vie et d'une planification descendante à une intelligence collective territoriale. Ce point de vue propose d'explorer ce concept original de territoire la demi-heure à travers une grille d'analyse transversale, articulant aménagement, gestion publique, équité sociale et stratégie territoriale.
