Abstract

الملخص يتناول هذا البحث بالدراسة والتحليل الآية 87 من سورة يونس، والتي تضمنت توجيهاً إلهياً لموسى وهارون (عليهما السلام) بتبوء البيوت لبني إسرائيل في مصر، وجعل هذه البيوت قبلة، وإقامة الصلاة، والتبشير للمؤمنين. ينطلق البحث من فرضية أن هذه الآية تحمل أبعاداً إدارية وتنظيمية عميقة تمثل استراتيجية متكاملة لقيادة المجتمعات المستضعفة تحت الأنظمة القمعية خلال فترة "الحرب الباردة" التي سبقت الخروج من مصر. يقع البحث في مبحثين: الأول يرصد واقع بني إسرائيل تحت العبودية، محللاً حالة الانهيار البنيوي التي أصابتهم على المستويات النفسية والاجتماعية والسياسية، مستعيناً بمصادر تاريخية وتحليلية متنوعة. أما المبحث الثاني فيحلل الاستراتيجية الموسوية عبر أربعة محاور: التأسيس للقيادة التشاركية (موسى وهارون)، الإدارة اللوجستية وبناء القواعد الخلفية (تبوء البيوت)، البعد التنظيمي والأمني (جعل البيوت قبلة)، والبناء المعنوي وإدارة التوقعات (إقامة الصلاة والتبشير). يوظف البحث مفاهيم إدارية حديثة كالقيادة الموزعة، والأمن النفسي، والثقافة التنظيمية، والذاكرة الثقافية، ليقدم نموذجاً متكاملاً للإدارة في ظروف استثنائية. يخلص البحث إلى أن الآية تقدم رؤية إدارية فريدة تقوم على تحويل الوحدة الاجتماعية الأساسية (البيت) إلى خلية تنظيمية فعالة، تجمع بين الوظائف اللوجستية والأمنية والمعنوية، مما مكن بني إسرائيل من الصمود وصولاً إلى ساعة التحرير.
