Abstract

En France, de nombreuses études ont mis en évidence une augmentation de la sur-éducation pour les jeunes diplômés du supérieur. Une personne est sur-éduquée lorsque qu'elle occupe un emploi pour lequel les qualifications requises sont inférieures à celles acquises au cours de sa formation, cette situation est également appelée du déclassement professionnel. La sur-éducation est-elle préjudiciable à une bonne insertion sur le marché du travail ?
