Abstract

Dans le cadre de ce dossier spécial sur les liens entre entrepreneuriat et effondrement sociétal, nous avons eu envie de partager un des ouvrages qui a inspiré l'idée de travailler sur cette thématique. L'ouvrage, publié en 2015 aux Editions du Seuil[1], est intitulé « Comment tout peut s'effondrer : petit manuel de collapsologie à l'usage des générations présentes ». Sur base d'une large revue de travaux menés dans diverses disciplines (429 références bibliographiques au total, couvrant des champs aussi divers que l'histoire des civilisations, l'anthropologie, la psychologie, la sociologie, les sciences politiques, la biologie, les sciences de la santé, la géologie et d'autres), les auteurs, Pablo Servigne et Raphael Stevens, montrent que ce n'est qu'en rassemblant des connaissances actuellement morcelées qu'il est possible de comprendre l'ampleur du phénomène d'effondrement de notre civilisation, et d'en faire sens.
