Abstract

Cette étude de cas est une étude problématisée, basée sur une entreprise fictive ayant récemment décidé de se restructurer afin de davantage exploiter ses locaux et de sa réputation d'Institut de luxe. Or depuis la restructuration de l'entreprise - qui permet effectivement de plus tirer profit de sa réputation et de sa prestigieuse infrastructure - l'entreprise fait face à de nombreux problèmes internes qui mettent en péril son avenir. Cette étude de cas permet de travailler en deux temps : en premier lieu, il est question d'analyser en profondeur les dysfonctionnements en s'appuyant sur des concepts et théoriques en rapport. Puis, dans un deuxième temps, il faut être capable de définir une solution globale pour la Direction Générale de sorte que l'organisation dans son ensemble soit plus sereine et plus efficace.
