النموذج المعياري لآية «كلمة سواء» وتطبيقاته في إدارة النزاع المؤسسي

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى استنباط "نموذج معياري" من آية: ﴿قُلْ يَا أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ تَعَالَوْا إِلَىٰ كَلِمَةٍ سَوَاءٍ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمْ﴾ (آل عمران: 64)، بوصفها بنية خطابية تنظّم الاختلاف وتديره ضمن "منطقة العدل والوسطية". ويعتمد البحث منهجاً تحليلياً استنباطياً يقرأ الدلالة اللغوية والتفسيرية وسياق النزول، ثم يعيد بناء العناصر التنظيمية الكامنة في الآية ضمن خمسة محاور رئيسة: الاعتراف بالاختلاف، وعرض مرجعية مشتركة، والطوعية وعدم الإكراه، وحفظ الكرامة واستمرار العلاقة، ومنع التصعيد. كما يضع هذا النموذج في حوار مقارن مع أبرز أطروحات إدارة النزاع المعاصرة، لبيان نقاط الالتقاء وحدود المقارنة، مع التأكيد على ضرورة تحويل المفهوم القرآني إلى صيغ إجرائية داخلية (مواثيق ولوائح وآليات تسوية) عند توظيفه مؤسسياً، دون تحميل النص ما لا يحتمل.
