Abstract

Ce cas permet une immersion dans les problématiques inhérentes aux compagnies aériennes : la gestion des retards, la gestion de la consommation du carburant ainsi que les stratégies d'optimisation des trajectoires de vols pour répondre aux prérogatives environnementales. Le cas donne accès aux chiffres réels d'une entreprise sur une période donnée concernant les retards affichés avec 266 lignes de retards ainsi que la consommation du carburant sur 1 110 vols. Cette étude de cas permet aux formateurs de travailler avec leurs étudiants sur les points suivants : une analyse de données brutes pour une appréciation de la situation de l'entreprise, un choix et calculs des indicateurs de performance les plus pertinents et une analyse de la situation en prenant en compte des prérogatives environnementales.
