Les alternatives énergétiques à l’épreuve de l’organisation en chaînes : perspectives et tensions

Abstract

Les bouleversements sectoriels actuels de l'énergie vont directement impacter les modèles stratégiques des fournisseurs d'électricité, dont les acteurs de l'économie sociale et solidaire malgré qu'ils soient précurseurs sur le développement de modèles en circuit court. L'étude abductive et enchâssée du réseau de coopératives Enercoop, acteur symbolique dans la structuration du mouvement d'énergie renouvelable citoyenne, démontre qu'une chaîne de valeur alternative s'opère au travers de nouvelles formes de relations inter-organisationnelles entre des coopératives de production et de distribution. Nous mobilisons les travaux sur les chaînes de valeurs et de dons afin d'explorer les voies organisationnelles et stratégiques d'organisation des alternatives, à l'aune des pratiques d'un acteur pivot pris en tension entre le maintien d'un projet politique alternatif et des formes hybrides de coopération inter-organisationnelle, sous-jacentes au marché de l'énergie.
