Abstract

L'innovation systémique désigne une approche qui conçoit l'innovation à la fois comme un processus d'interactions entre acteurs, institutions et savoirs, et comme un résultat issu de ces dynamiques collectives (Laperche, Uzunidis, 2025). Dans ce cadre, l'innovation juridique se positionne comme un élément structurant : elle n'est pas seulement une adaptation du droit aux transformations technologiques ou sociales, mais participe activement au processus systémique en créant de nouveaux cadres normatifs qui orientent et facilitent la production, la diffusion et la combinaison des innovations au sein du système sociotechnique. Ce texte met en lumière cette dimension émergente de l'innovation et ses implications pour l'innovation systémique.
