Abstract

La transmission de l'entreprise à l'ensemble des salariés souhaitant en devenir propriétaires figure parmi les propositions de démocratisation de l'entreprise formulée dans le rapport de la Fondation Jean-Jaurès intitulé Pour un nouvel esprit d'entreprise. Un modèle d'entreprise responsable, ancrée et démocratique, pour la France et l'Europe. Arnault Violet, doctorant en sciences de gestion, approfondit la réflexion en se focalisant sur la réforme du dispositif de reprise FCPE (Fonds commun de placement d'entreprise), un outil d'épargne salariale permettant aux salariés d'acquérir une entreprise non cotée, souvent lors du départ à la retraite du dirigeant, dans une contribution s'inscrivant dans le cadre d'un travail de longue haleine sur l'entreprise.
