Abstract

يقدّم هذا الكتاب قراءة تحليلية معمّقة للقصص القرآني من زاوية إدارية وقيادية، من خلال دراسة تجربتي النبيين يوسف وموسى (عليهما السلام) بوصفهما نموذجين متمايزين في إدارة الدولة ومواجهة الأزمات وبناء الشرعية. وينطلق الكتاب من فرضية أساسية مفادها أن القصص القرآني لا يقتصر على البعد الوعظي أو التاريخي، بل يحمل في بنيته نماذج عملية لفهم سنن الحكم، وآليات الإصلاح، وحدود التغيير. يتناول الكتاب تجربة يوسف (عليه السلام) بوصفها نموذجاً للإصلاح المؤسسي من داخل الدولة، حيث نجح في إدارة أزمة اقتصادية وجودية عبر التخطيط الاستراتيجي، والكفاءة الإدارية، وتفعيل أدوات النظام القائم دون تفكيكه. في المقابل، يعالج تجربة موسى (عليه السلام) كنموذج لقيادة التغيير الجذري في مواجهة دولة ثيوقراطية عسكرية مغلقة، استحال إصلاحها من الداخل، مما استدعى تفكيك شرعيتها وبناء كيان جديد قائم على التشريع والهوية والمؤسسات. ومن خلال المقارنة بين النموذجين، يخلص الكتاب إلى أن نجاح القيادة لا ينفصل عن طبيعة الدولة وبنيتها، وأن الإصلاح أو التغيير ليس خياراً أخلاقياً مجرداً، بل قراراً استراتيجياً تحكمه قابلية النظام للاحتواء أو التفكيك. وبهذا يقدّم الكتاب إضافة نوعية في دراسات القيادة وبناء الدولة، ويؤسس لجسر معرفي بين القصص القرآني والعلوم الإدارية المعاصرة. … Read more
