Abstract

Dans cet article, les auteurs analysent de manière expérimentale une situation de recrutement « augmenté », dans laquelle un recruteur est confronté à plusieurs sources d'information (humaine et algorithmique) avant de prendre une décision de présélection. Pour ce faire, ils s'appuient sur un modèle conceptuel de la confiance, établissant un lien entre deux niveaux de confiance (attitudinale et comportementale) et cherchent à comprendre les effets de conseils issus d'une source algorithmique fondée sur l'IA et d'un expert humain. Les résultats de deux études expérimentales mettent notamment en évidence un paradoxe entre la faible confiance déclarée (confiance attitudinale) par les recruteurs dans les solutions d'IA et les effets différenciés de ces solutions sur les décisions finales de présélection (confiance comportementale).
