Abstract

L'emploi des seniors reste aujourd'hui en France un défi pour les entreprises et leurs Directions des Ressources Humaines. La proposition de la création d'un index senior, ouverte lors des débats sur la nouvelle réforme des retraites, apporte de nouvelles perspectives de recherches en gestion et management des ressources humaines en venant (re)questionner les pratiques de gestion des âges dans les organisations.
