Abstract

The initiative "Territoires zéro chômeur de longue durée" is a comprehensive territorial project that has undergone various evaluations using different methodologies. Despite these assessments, some uncertainties remain, especially concerning the project's timeline and the participation of territorial actors in coordination efforts. By analyzing the processes involved, these uncertainties can be addressed, leading to a better understanding of this public policy designed for specific territories. This analytic approach includes mapping out the different stages of the project, making it easier to identify the many factors that affect the outcomes. Our research highlights the crucial role that coordinated efforts of territorial actors play in shaping the project's direction, formal structure, and long-term sustainability.
