Abstract

Cette étude de cas analyse le déploiement d'une démarche qualité au sein d'un SESSAD confronté aux exigences du nouveau référentiel d'évaluation et à la mise en place d'un progiciel national de management par la qualité. Dans un contexte marqué par une forte autonomie professionnelle, une culture de terrain dominante et une dispersion géographique des équipes, la qualité est initialement perçue comme une contrainte réglementaire supplémentaire. Le cas met en lumière les tensions entre logiques gestionnaires et logiques professionnelles, ainsi que les résistances liées à la crainte de standardisation et de perte de sens. La direction adopte une conduite du changement participative visant à transformer la qualité en levier stratégique d'harmonisation et d'amélioration continue. L'étude souligne que la réussite du dispositif repose moins sur l'outil technique que sur la capacité managériale à restaurer le sens, reconnaître l'expertise des professionnels et articuler pilotage stratégique et finalité éthique de l'accompagnement.
