Abstract

Cette étude de cas analyse la transformation organisationnelle de l'IME Les Étoiles dans un contexte de mutation des politiques publiques du handicap. Confronté à la logique de parcours, à la RAPT et à l'ouverture vers un dispositif intégré, l'établissement doit repenser ses modalités d'accueil sans déstabiliser un public vulnérable ni fragiliser son identité professionnelle. Le changement met en tension culture institutionnelle, représentations des équipes et exigences territoriales. La directrice adopte une posture de management participatif afin de réguler résistances et recompositions internes. Le cas met en lumière la complexité politique, identitaire et stratégique de la conduite du changement en ESSMS.
