Abstract

L'étiquetage nutritionnel est à la fois une mesure de santé publique et un moyen de promotion pour les industriels. La mise en place en 2017 du Nutri-score, un format d'étiquetage nutritionnel synthétique, en France a suscité diverses réflexions académiques. Le but de cette communication est de proposer une revue de la littérature concernant l'efficacité du Nutri-score sur les consommateurs. Regroupés et analysés sous les angles de l'attention, de la compréhension, des croyances, et des choix du consommateur, les résultats des recherches nous ont permis de formuler des pistes de recherches futures.
