Abstract

Chaque mois des enseignants-chercheurs en ressources humaines, membres des associations Référence RH et AGRH, évoquent pour Liaisons Sociales une problématique RH. Dans cette chronique, Aude d'Andria, maître de conférences en Sciences de Gestion, responsable du Master 2 Management et Développement des Ressources Humaines à l'Université Evry-Paris-Saclay et Bérangère Gosse, maître de conférences en sciences de gestion, responsable pédagogique du Master Gestion des Ressources Humaines à l'IAE de Rouen (Université de Rouen), plaident pour un changement de paradigme et de perception des actifs expérimentés. Objectif : développer la prévention et le maintien de l'employabilité pour aboutir à une culture du droit au travail à tout âge.
