Abstract

Ce numéro spécial interroge la compétence comme dynamique située au cœur des transformations contemporaines des organisations. Loin d'une conception strictement instrumentale ou individualiste, les contributions réunies analysent la compétence comme pratique relationnelle, processus de structuration et vecteur de production culturelle. À travers des terrains variés — organisations médico-sociales, industrie à risque, économie numérique, action publique — les articles montrent que la compétence se construit dans l'interaction entre travail réel, cadres normatifs et contraintes institutionnelles. Le numéro met en évidence la dimension tacite, collective et fragile de la compétence, ainsi que son rôle central dans la régulation de la complexité organisationnelle. Il propose ainsi une lecture transversale et dynamique de la compétence comme opérateur stratégique et culturel des organisations contemporaines.
