Abstract

La littérature en entrepreneuriat s'intéresse beaucoup d'une part à l'échec entrepreneurial ou à l'entrepreneur en échec (Philippart, 2017) et d'autre part à la l'échec des petites entreprises émergentes ( Smida et Khelil, 2010). Les très petites entreprises et moyennes entreprises déjà établis qui échouent demeurent un groupe peu étudié (Mira Bonnardel et al., 2018 ; Zemis et Demil, 2020). En plus, il n'y a pas de consensus sur les raisons des défaillances (facteurs de succès versus d'échec) (Berger-Douce, 2010). Malgré les efforts soutenus des chercheurs, aucune réponse satisfaisante n'a donc pu être donnée à un problème qui reste extrêmement complexe et difficile à appréhender dans le contexte spécifique de TPE/PME.
