Abstract

Face à l'effondrement des certitudes qui structuraient nos vies, la tentation est grande de se raccrocher à de fausses évidences rassurantes. Pourtant, l'incertitude peut devenir une opportunité : celle de tracer sa propre voie plutôt que de chercher à suivre des modèles obsolètes. Nous vivons une époque d'incertitude radicale, qui traverse tous les secteurs : économique, technologique, politique, professionnel et sociétal. Elle se manifeste par un grand bazar des modèles. Les cadres de pensée, les trajectoires professionnelles, les récits de réussite, les idéaux collectifs qui structuraient nos choix sont fragilisés. D'autres modèles émergent, mais il est difficile de voir lesquels survivront. Nous passons d'un référentiel à l'autre sans stabilité.
