Abstract

Les projets d'implantation des TIC dans les organisations sont souvent l'occasion de l'émergence de résistances des utilisateurs. L'objectif de cet article est d'illustrer les effets d'un management passif de ses résistances humaines par la hiérarchie d'une situation conflictuelle. La recherche conduite durant plus d'une une année auprès de la société Nétia illustre dans quelles mesures un projet d'implantation des TIC a évolué ainsi que les attitudes des différentes catégories d'employés. Cette étude longitudinale est traitée par la retranscription de deux "moments forts" à l'aune desquels les tensions ont basculé d'une situation de conflit intergroupes à de simples résistances individuelles ayant débouchées à une résolution de conflit sans intervention de la hiérarchie.
