Abstract

Avec les systèmes d'IA ce sont des risques de disruption qui guettent la société. Par disruption il faut considérer ici un saut dans les étapes d'un développement, un court-circuit sans délibération des modèles établis, une transgression. Le dernier exemple en date est bien sûr l'irruption sans délibération des grands systèmes d'IA générative, générant de façon très impressionnante toutes sortes de contenus crédibles. Et s'il y a disruption c'est que le développement de ces grands modèles d'IA est aujourd'hui entre les mains de quelques empires numériques aux USA ou en Chine, lesquels sont devenus maîtres de véritables choix de société, à la fois sur l'automatisation du monde et sur la rationalisation du monde.
