Abstract

Cette recherche a pour objectif d'étudier le mouvement « végan » en s'intéressant à la perception de celui-ci par les membres eux-mêmes. En effet, la prise de conscience d'une alimentation plus saine et plus respectueuse de l'environnement a relancé une vague de comportements de consommation des individus qui ont acquis une expertise grandissante de leurs habitudes de consommation. L'idée est alors de formuler les motivations de ce mouvement en analysant les discours sur des forums végétariens et végans au travers d'une méthodologie qualitative requérant le logiciel Iramuteq.
