Abstract

En générale, c'est le rôle des leaders de donner du sens. Un leader est censé être un bon visionnaire et un bon communiquant. Non seulement il a un toujours un coup d'avance, mais en plus il sait transmettre sa vision en quelques mots simples de sorte que les salariés ont envie de le suivre. Ce style de leadership qualifié de transformateur est bien plus efficace que la « feuille de route » que reçoivent par courriel tous les cinq ans les salariés de certaines entreprises. Il y a peu de chance que les salariés s'approprient cette « feuille de route » qui fait en réalité 50 pages et qui est aussi illisible qu'un contrat d'assurance. Qu'est-ce qu'une bonne vision ?
