Abstract

Parce qu'on a une forte charge de travail, parce qu'on a les yeux plus gros que le ventre ou bien parce qu'on surestime nos capacités, on a tendance à avoir des to-do listes à rallonge. Face à des dizaines de tâches à accomplir, il nous faut faire un choix : par lesquelles commencer ? Le même type de décision intervient quand on se retrouve face à des dizaines de courriels dans notre messagerie électronique. Lesquels traiter en premier ? Ceux qui sont rapides à traiter ou bien ceux qui demandent plus de temps ?
