Abstract

Alison Cook, Alicia Ingersoll et Christy Glass, toutes trois chercheuses à l'université de l'Utah aux États-Unis, se sont demandé si le nombre de femmes au sein des conseils d'administration avait une influence sur les écarts de rémunération entre les femmes et les hommes au niveau des équipes dirigeantes. Elles viennent de publier leurs résultats dans la revue Human Relations à partir de l'analyse entre 2009 et 2013 des 500 plus grandes entreprises cotées en Bourse aux États-Unis.
