Abstract

L'équilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie personnelle est un sujet de préoccupation majeur des salariés. C'est pourquoi de nombreuses entreprises ont signé des accords collectifs et mis en place des plans d'action dans ce domaine. Leur bilan est toutefois mitigé. Une des raisons est que les salariés y réfléchissent à deux fois avant d'utiliser les dispositifs proposés par leur employeur. Pourquoi ? Par peur des conséquences sur leur carrière. Les salariés craignent en effet que ces dispositifs se révèlent des pièges au sens où en profiter serait perçu comme une preuve de faible ambition professionnelle.
