Abstract

En 2012, Brené Brown publiait Le Pouvoir de la vulnérabilité : la vulnérabilité est une force qui peut transformer votre vie. Dans cet ouvrage, cette professeure en sciences sociales à l'université de Houston montrait que le courage d'exposer aux autres sa vulnérabilité était positif à de nombreux égards. Ce livre a donc eu une influence dans le domaine du développement personnel. Mais ne serait-ce pas suicidaire pour sa carrière d'oser exprimer ses faiblesses dans le domaine professionnel ?
