Abstract

Le contrat de travail classique caractérisé notamment par un emploi à temps plein, avec des horaires hebdomadaires fixes, définis par l'employeur, et sur un lieu de travail unique domine toujours. Cette forme d'activité est néanmoins de plus en plus concurrencée par celles dites atypiques ou flexibles : temps partiels, travail à horaires flexibles, recours au télétravail, etc. Ces formes d'emploi peuvent être à l'initiative de l'employeur comme du collaborateur, si bien que l'on connaît encore mal leur incidence sur les salariés : ceux qui pratiquent ces formes flexibles sont-ils plus ou moins engagés et plus ou moins satisfaits au travail que la moyenne ? Les études réalisées jusqu'ici semblent plutôt pencher pour une réponse affirmative à ces questions, mais manquent de précision.
