Abstract

Un domaine où l'apparence compte mais est souvent négligée est celui de la confiance en soi. C'est bien d'avoir confiance en soi, mais encore faut-il que les autres le voient, le croient, le sachent ou bien s'en rendent compte. Sinon, les bénéfices de la confiance en soi pour progresser dans les échelons hiérarchiques sont limités.
