Quand la RH est au top

Abstract

La présence des DRH au sein des comités exécutifs (comex) ou comités de direction (codir) a beaucoup fait débat depuis les années 1990. D'un côté, les DRH et leurs alliés disaient qu'il était important qu'ils fassent pleinement partie de ces organes de direction afin d'avoir plus de pouvoir et de légitimité. L'idée était aussi que la présence du DRH dans le premier cercle de direction permettait d'évangéliser les autres dirigeants en les sensibilisant à des problématiques humaines. Par exemple, cela permettrait de mieux prendre en compte le facteur humain lors d'un grand projet de transformation de l'entreprise. De l'autre côté, certains observateurs se montraient plus sceptiques, considérant cette vision quelque peu naïve.
